Founded in 2004 by Diane Young to serve the needs of women business owners, executives, and professionals, although the firm is not exclusively for women.  As an independent firm utilizing Royal Alliance Associates as a broker/dealer and advisory firm. The Athena Group has flexible wealth management tools, and planning tools.

Job Description:

Responsible for client development and client servicing.  Must be able to produce at least $100,000 annually in Gross Dealer Concession. Must have an excellent record of client retention as well as an excellent reputation.

Qualifications:

·         Must be hard working, ethical, and pleasant.  A college degree mandatory and additional education or credentials a plus. A CFP, CFA, MBA, JD, CPA would be welcomed.

·         Must have at least 3-5 years in the financial planning arena

·         Must be able to work with complex wealth management tools like emoney, Morningstar, or other financial tools.

·         Must be outgoing and willing to work hard and have an ability to learn quickly
